How to build a $200M real estate development in Chicago

The most interesting real estate news of the week is probably not going to be happening in your home, but in the world of real estate.

This week, Chicago real estate developer, Joe Russo and partner Robert D. Miller announced a $1.9 billion project to redevelop the former West Side rail yard and build a mixed-use community, known as The Landing.

They’re also partnering with the city to build three additional buildings on the property, with plans to eventually build three more as well.

According to the announcement, the three-story, mixed-used development will include a hotel, office, grocery store, grocery, and retail space.

Miller is also partnering on the design and construction of the project, which will be built at a cost of $1 billion.

While the development is a small part of a larger plan, it’s a very important piece of the puzzle.

In addition to the residential buildings, the project will also include a 1,200-room hotel, two towers of office space, and a hotel-condo tower.

This is all to say that the site, which sits between two rail yards, is in a prime location for a new mixed-purpose project.

The Chicago Bulls (center)The Marriott Grand is a new luxury hotel on the former rail yard site in downtown Chicago.

The site sits at the corner of the Chicago River, near the current McCormick Place site.

The property includes a rooftop restaurant, a rooftop hotel, and an office tower.

The Landing Hotel is the largest hotel on The Landing property, and it’s currently one of the most-visited properties in Chicago.

This hotel sits just west of the current site of McCormick Plaza.

The Landmark hotel and hotel condominium complex sits on the southwest corner of McCormack Plaza and The Landing, on the northeast corner of The Landing and the Chicago Water Tower.

The hotel is a mix of retail and luxury.

The Chicago Bulls are building their own hotel in the area, but the project isn’t quite finished yet.

According to Miller, they’re still working on the hotel’s design, but they’ll have a preview of the hotel by the end of the year.

Miller also confirmed that the project is a collaboration between the city of Chicago and Miller’s firm, Miller+Co, and will have a mixed use component.

There’s no word yet on whether the hotel will have any sort of rooftop restaurant or restaurant-casual component, but Miller said he expects the restaurant component to be “substantial” to be in line with the project’s design.

Miller+Co has worked on a number of projects in the city, including the Chicago Public Library’s Millennium Pavilion and the city’s Lincoln Park Public Library.
