How to get the best deal on a house

Real estate agent David Naylor has some advice for anyone trying to buy a house for their family.

The first thing he suggests is to take a look around before you buy.

“The first place you should look is your nearest town centre.

If you are not in a small town then go there and check out the shops, see if they are open, and ask them to give you a list of houses to buy.”

Naylor said you can get the lowest prices for houses in your area, so it is a good idea to look for one in your own town.

“If you are in a bigger town you should go there, as it is more likely to be a good deal.”

You should also consider whether you can afford to buy.

If the property is in your local council area, you can usually get the same price as a house in that area.

“There are a few good things about living in the town.

There is a lot of culture and a lot more people,” Naylor explained.

“You can go to your local pub or cafe and you can watch a football match.”

Naylor said if you are keen on a bigger house, you should start by looking at what people have done to make their house special.

“Some people have been building houses that look really good and they can be as fancy as a castle or as simple as a cabin, which are the perfect houses for a family,” he said.

“And then you can go back and look at the older houses, and you will see that they are getting bigger and bigger.”

Nathan advises looking at different types of homes and then buying the one that you want.

“A lot of people buy houses for the first time.

They have a good price, and they like to live in the area, they want to stay in the same place and have the same neighbours.”
