Real estate investor pays $3m for new home in Burlington

A real estate investor has paid $3 million to buy a home in a small town in Vermont that he said had been in foreclosure for more than a decade.

The owner of the home, a longtime resident, told the local paper that he had lost his home after a fire damaged the property.

The real estate company had sold the property to the company in 2010, but the owner said he was unaware of any foreclosure on it.

The owner told the paper that his son had been working at a home repair shop for years and was now the sole owner of that business, which is located about an hour’s drive away from the home.

“He said he’s been looking for a place to live for many years,” the owner told ABC News.

“It was the perfect place.”
